Timing on 1991 honda civic?

I need to put the timing on my civic. We had the whole head redone and now I just installed hte new head but will my timing be off? If so, how can I put it back on time? I dont have a timing light so now what?

  1. Get a repair manual for an exact step by step. The #1 cylinder needs to be at top dead center (TDC) and then you have to line up the cam so that the arrow is pointing straight up. But again pick up a repair manual for the exact car.
