Timothy Bradley hosted a media workout to reveal his preparations for his fight against Manny Pacquiao. The media workout for hosted in his hometown at The Boys and Girls Club in the California desert. The unbeaten American challenger looked in good shape,
solid and confident about beating Manny Pacquiao.
Bradley claimed, “It's always great to come home, this is my home. I'm not only fighting for my family, I'm fighting for you guys out there, and everybody that places bets, I feel like I have an obligation to win. There's no pressure on me. I thought after
Manny's performances in the last two fights that he needed an opponent who would bring energy and bring a really good fan-friendly fight. It depends on how he comes out, I make my judgments based on my opponents' response. If he's gonna pressure, if he's gonna
box, if he's gonna use angles or counter-punch, that's fine with me, I'm pretty good at every style.”
On the other hand, when Bradley’s win against Pacquiao was being doubted, Top Rank’s Lee Samuels said that Bradley can definitely and everybody around is seeing the upset.
Similarly, Hall of Famer promoter Bob Arum said that Pacquiao’s performance in his last two fights was dull and that is why he thought a more energetic fighter should be brought to the spot to make the fight more entertaining for the fans.
Timothy Bradley is confident that he will dethrone Pacquiao and take the WBO welterweight title. However, it is not as easy as it sounds. Pacquiao has been the best for the last seven years. He has beaten fighters like Juan Manuel Marquez. Therefore, for
Bradley, thinking he can defeat Pacquiao is a little too big right now.
Manny Pacquiao thinks that he is in the right shape to dominate Bradley in the ring. In his recent interviews, the Filipino has been sounding highly confident. Even Freddie Roach, Pacquiao’s trainer, believes his fighter is up to the mark and Bradley needs
to do something completely out of the box to take the Pac-man down. Pacquiao’s title will be on the line so the Pac-man will give in his best to make sure he triumphs.
