Tingling feeling after running?

When I get done with a long hard run, Sometimes I get this odd tingling feeling, Like when your leg falls asleep and it feels like needles are poking it. Well I seem to get this feeling after I run in my s*****m and in my cheeks. Its not very painful just a little comfortable when I am walking around.

It must be from lack of blood in that area, Just like having your leg fall asleep. But I asked my friends if they get numbness in their s*****m and their cheeks and they said no.

Maybe I should do some exercises to improves my capillaries and veins so I get blood down their better. I have been very inactive for the past year or so. And they have been in shape for quite a while.

NEED HELP PLEASE!

  1. Well, I'm an athlete.

I run long distance and short distance quickly, and I used to get that tingling feeling in my legs after running, or swimming.

It's completely normal, but I run a lot and I seem to ignore it.

It goes away after a while, and it's really annoying.

If it gets really bad, that you can't walk, sit down and put some cold water over your legs. It works for me.

  2. It used to happen to me when I walked home from school when I was still in high school. It was a 40 minute walk home and I was out of shape, I have always been very skinny but I never used to exercise.

It may be your muscles disagreeing with your sudden streneuous movement.

  3. It might be that there is too much tight clothin near your balls?
