Tingling finger tips?

All day today my fingers have been extremely tingling. Its the same feeling you get when your leg falls asleep.

They were fine this morning and started getting worse as the day went on.

I am 16 5'3 and about 117lbs.

Admittedly i dont exercise much and eat alot of sugar.

I have also been really stressed the last few days (last night and today mainly)

Any idea what can be causing this and how to stop it. Its starting to get very annoying.

  1. High blood sugar levels can cause tingling in the toes and fingers. Your not a diabetic? Been checked?
