Question:

Tingling in my feet?

This is very hard to describe. Sometimes i get a tingle of sort in my feet. On one foot, it's on the side of the heel, on the other, it's on top near my ankle. It feels like a muscle inside my foot is being stretched. It's a very mild pain, but enough to annoy me when it happens time after time.

Sometimes it's hourly, sometimes daily, and sometimes it wont happen for months. Happens at any time or any place, but usually when i'm sitting or laying.

What could this be?

  1. Do you notice it happens after you've worn a different pair of shoes?  When I get new shoes or switch back and forth between sneakers and shoes,  I sometimes get muscle cramps in my feet

  2. Muscle twitch is caused by the electrical impulses in the body. It's nothing to be concerned about. But you may be deficient in magnesium. A deficiency has been known to cause an upsurge in twitching. Try Natural Calm magnesium powder, available at any health food store. Start with a very low dose (too much causes the runs) added to water or juice.
