  1. To improve hair growth drink loads more fresh filtered water and bolster your kidney functioning.... Check out this link it may provide you with the info you need ~

Take a multi B complex tablet including all the B's ie: B1, B2 B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best synergistically (together)....... Keep in mind that Biotin works synergistically (together) and thus more effectively with B2, B6, B3 and vitamin A so take a whole complex of B vitamins to ensure maxium absorption and effectiveness of all the B's .......... do not take any of the B complex of vitamins individually, but rather as a whole complex, unless specifically instructed to by a nutritionally oriented physician or naturopath.

Eat more foods rich in Vitamin A too ie ~ dark green and yellow vegies, pumpkin, potatoes and carrotts.

The B complex of vitamins is essential for healthy neural, digestive and immune system functioning.

The B complex of vitamins is a water soluble complex and as such our bodies can neither store or produce them. Therefore we need to ingest them on a daily basis .

Also eat foods rich in the essential fatty acids such as cold water fishes like salmon and tuna..... these will prevent dry and brittle hair, improve its texture and nourish your skin as well.... they help to lubricate the fatty layer just beneath your skin and help enormously with levelling out stress and anxiety also . The beneficial effects of the EFA's for improving skin and hair care are staggering♥

The flaxseed oils are also a brilliant choice if you are vegetarian or don't like the taste of fish but the actual fish is a better option if you can eat it because it is more effectively utilised by our bodies.

The tingling scalp is probably a symptom of B12 deficiency ..........  are you vegetarian or lactose intolerant??  Other symptoms of B12 deficiency are fatigue and exhaustion, headaches and migraines, constipation and insomnia,  chest pains and heart palpitations, moodiness and irritability, dizziness and fainting spells, inability to concentrate clearly, depression, excessive sweating, nausea and vomiting and numbing and tingling and prickling sensations in the outer extremities...

Foods rich in B12 are ~ liver, beef, pork, eggs and fish ....... if you are lactose intolerant or vegetarian then it is really important to take a whole complex of B vitamins.

hope this helps a bit buddy .
