Tingly hands and fingers?

for some reason...

everytime im on the computer my hands feel tingly and numb... weird...

to be specific:

mostly my pinky but also ring finger and middle finger.

but yea i do feel numbness and a tigly feeling in all fingers but just those 3 the most... when im not on the computer i dont get it so yea...

carpal tunnel ... get evaluated.  it's a nerve issue anyway.

Try getting up more often, shake your hands, also you can put a small pillow under your wrist to help. Sounds like you are pushing to hard on your wrist and using them to much.do some stretches with you arms over head too. Good Luck to you sweetie.
