  1. Remove the tint and be super nice to the officer in court. He could of written you more tickets if he wanted.

  2. I'd say just pay the ticket , and leave the tint on.

It's against the Law here also but they can't pull you over for it.

My whole front windshield is tinted with 35% and my sides and back windows have 5% on an F350.

Course I haven't been pulled over in 9 years , and I travel the southeast states from Texas to D.C all year long.

  3. 1. pay the ticket.

    2. remove the tint.

    3. dont lie about an eye condition because the judge just might call your bluff.

  4. yeah pay the ticket or remove the tint and see if you can get out of the ticket.

  5. go to eye doctor and get a prescription stating that bright lights causes you headaches

  6. Yes, you can go to your doctor and say you have sensitive eyes and the bright lights cause you many problems and is it okay if he writes you a slip saying tinted windows are for you (kind of like a prescription).

It works.  However, the time on it might be bad because you already got your ticket.

Word to the wise, it must be renewed every year.

  7. Go to your tint shop and have them take it off. Then take a pic and show it to your judge then go back and put it on. They might cut you a deal.
