Tiny Bees or other flying pests

Question

I have a bunch of what seem to be very very small bees flying around the front of my house. They seem to be just hanging around the brick.

They are smaller than the size of a typical housefly.

any idea of what I may have or what I should do to rid the problem?

My guess would be a kind of wasp though because they love eaves, brickwork and anywhere they can make a nest, not sure which one you may have though sounds pretty small..
