Before I install this on my brothers computer I'd like to know is there anyway to go wireless from a netgear usb hook up?

If you have a wireless router then all you need to buy is a wireless network card.  Otherwise you will have to buy a wireless router and a wireless card.

Well, who knows?  Since this is highly illegal what you get is what you get!  Here is a quote from downloadsquad!

Good Luck - when you use illegal software, everything is questionable, even the drivers they supply along with say backdoors, trojans, and other items?
