Tiny broken capilaries / blood spots under skin in mouth?

my son has tiny blood spots...almost like teeny blood blisters inside his mouth, it's inside his cheeks and under his lips.

he hasn't bumped anything and it's on both side and in front.

He doesn't seemed bothered by it....

whats it from?

  1. It probably wouldn't hurt to go see a ENT doctor. They may want to do cultures or blood work.
