its very common to have "flour moths" or "indian meal moths". TseTse is a type of fly species, bu the species is probably not too important. If the flying adults are dark brown or black, this is a possible answer. That means they have infested some kind of grain, cereal, flour, oat, or birdseed you have stored. The larvae feed on the supply and then pupate and then emerge as adults to mate. This is not a sanitation problem, try not to be overly grossed out by them, they are only bothersome. To get rid of this particular moth investigate your pantry and look in any stored rice or grain to see if you have larva. If so disposing of the food is really the only solution and then wiping everything down the pantry/cupboard with soapy water will get rid of any stray eggs. Disinfectant is really not going to help you other than make you feel better about your pantry.
