Tiny skin-colored bumps all over my chest?

There are tiny skin-colored, non-itchy bumps (smaller than a pimple) all over my upper chest. It feels rough and looks bumpy if you look close enough. What is it?? They are NOT pimples.

I have what sounds like the same thing and have been told it's keratosis pilaris.  I've tried lots of treatments, but haven't really found anything that works consistently.  Go to a dermatologist and see what they say.
