Tiny white spots in fishtank?

there are tiny white lines that are all moving around on the tanks walls... i have tried to wipe it off everyday since I've noticed it but it keeps reappearing... is it harmful to my fish and what is it?

  2. The worms are a type of planarian or nematode and are harmless to your fish. They don't feed on living tissue or algae, they are thriving on excess waste. The only way to get rid of them is to starve them out. There is no chemical treatment that kills them.  Your tank is way over do for a good cleaning.
