Question:

Tiny yellow bugs, that get ALL over me when i go outside and bite! what are they?

Everytime i go on the porch i get these tiny little yellow bugs on me. And they ich. So i wipe them off and then more get on me. what in the world are these? Also i live in South Carolina.

It sounds like one of two types of flies.  It could be a Deer Fly or it could be a Yellow Fly.  Both of these insects bite and suck blood and both are common in the Southern states.  If you live near water, it would explain why they swarm around your house.  Yellow flies and deer flies are about 7 to 10 mm in length, so they are pretty small.  Below are some images.

    Try using Deep Woods Off to repel them when you go outside.  If that doesn't work, you may have to hire an exterminator.
