Tipperary Plus Helmet?

Question

I just bought the new style tipperary helmet and i hate it. I love the old style better the new style is too bulky and i hate it. I am so POed!!!!!! ugh!

I want to know who likes the new style? and why?

  The old style is smaller and more comfortable and in my opinion is WAY more stylish i really love it... I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU!!!

never owned one of these helmets, but from the pics, they both look like they would hurt on the top of your head. As far as looking for the old one, have you tried calling the manuafturer to see if they still have them?

Dude - that's too bad.  There have been some of the old style on ebay (and are "new").  I'm glad that you made that report - I have one of the old styles and totally love it, but will be getting a new one in the future - thanks for the heads up!

Edit* Ok, I must have the old style then, I got mine at a tack shop. You could probably find one at yours. Or you could try calling the manufacturer, and ask if they still make them (they should cuz I got mine last yr). Maybe you could order one from them or something. Good luck

I don't like the new ones or the old ones. I think they're really ugly. But I guess they're pretty popular for eventers, so whatever floats your boat :)
