Tipping in Canada?

in Vancouver, I had a $90 meal, with. $4.50 GSG (Goods and Services Tax) Total is $94.50.

Service Staff only please. What is the appropriate tip for:

In the US, Canadians are extremely poor tippers. Upon visiting Canada, I would do what the locals do. Don't tip more than 10% of the pre-tax bill. It's what they do in the US. So, no more than $9.00 for your meal.
