So Ive got 2 15lbs dumbbells, its all I could afford at the moment.
I do curls, hammer curls, pushups, pulls ups etc... but never seem to get a good burn.
When I curl however, after a few sets I am not able to curl as well and I find my arm swinging to help me get them up. This is done more naturally than me actually trying to.
Anyone have any tips or suggestions on a way I can get a good burn in my biceps, I just feel like I'm not giving them a great workout.
