I'm gonna start Air Alert 3 on Monday. I have some experience w/ it; I did it for 5 or 6 weeks earlier this yr. I'm gonna try to finish it up right b4 basketball starts. Where would be the best place to do the exercises? Outside? I heard that doing it on a hard surface can really **** up ur knees.
Any tips on how to do the exercises or w/e, just any tips, are appreciated, I want to do everything right, so I can gain as many inches as possible. Thanks ppl.
