Tips/advice on expressing my ideas clearly??

I have a problem not prnouncing my words correctly and my words arent pronounced right either... Any tips or suggestions anyone has to help me with my problem will be greatly appreciated!!

i'm korean and i speak english fluently more than korean.

but i do have trouble pronoucing th and r

but my friends in america dont really mind, they actually think that's cute..

so, just dont worry... and work hard on speaking english...
