  1. Don't eat heavy meals, especially right before you go on.

Do you get motion sick? If not, chances are you won't on a rollercoaster.

  2. ride the biggest ride first so all the others dont seem so hard

  3. Here are some tips:

    1. You can obviously eat food that day, but make a plan of when you want to ride the big coasters.

    2. 30-60 min. before going on a big roller coaster.

    3. To calm yourself down, just relax for an hour or walk around the park. Seeing what's there will help your digestion and won't worry you much about the ride.

    4. Don't be afraid. Desginers check the rides every morning, and do a special check each month. If you think you will be sick, don't ride it (which brings me to #5)

5.Don't ride anything you do not want to do. Pressuring yourself is good on occasion, but you will get sick if you try to do something your body is not custom to.

Start out with small, then head for the tall and

    YOU WILL BE FINE!

  4. Well, I don't often get sick on rides, but recently I was at a fair and I had a couple of fairy flosses and then straight after I went on this mad ride twice in a row, and I almost threw up. Anyway here's some pointers:

    - Don't eat at least 15 min before you go on a ride or you'll be sorry. Longer for lunch.

    - Try to enjoy yourself on the ride. You'll think about being sick less.

-And finally, don't go on the coasters that look too intense for you. Better safe than sorry.
