Tips and Tricks for Italy trip on Easter weekend Please. ( 21,22nd in Rome, 23rd in PISA,24 Venice ).?

Please suggest the places which needs to be visited in Rome considering the rush due to the easter weekend.

Also please suggest if we can skip florence and spend more time at PISA.?

And what are the tips and tricks in general for Italy trip, we are 10 friends touring, so your suggestions would make our trip more fun.

You would be ill advised to skip Florence and focus on Pisa. There is nothing of interest in Pisa except the tower and Catherdral. Pisa is worth no more than a hour of your time. You should try to reserve ahead if you want to see the Uffizzi in Florence otherwise you won't get in. Also, if you want to see the David in Florence, you should know that it is closed either Monday or Tuesday.

I advise you NOT to stay in PISA, stay in Florence, Siena or Lucca and visit  Pisa on the way to somewhere else, or skip Pisa entirely. It was the most uninteresting place I visited in Italy.
