loose muscles are fast muscles. warm up. Go all out first 50-70 meters than float till 100m left, when u start doing this, ull get into a rythm during the middle, dont think of anything, shoulders straight and run with your legs, not with your body, so no tensing of muscles. loose, deep breaths every 10m or so watch videos of Usain Bolt, they help
