  1. I don't know what your strengths are, but you need to be able to hit the ball regardless of what position you play.

You need a net and an adjustable tee and you need to take at least 200 swings per day.  Have someone videotape your swing and analyze it to make sure you've got the proper form.  If you can afford a few lessons from a hitting coach, so much the better.

  2. There aren't any drills that are going to make you a major leaguer. The drills between little league and the majors really don't change much. You want to make it to the majors and the best thing I can tell you is work. When baseball season is over there are other sports you can play that can help you improve on the diamond. Football for one because of the endurance, the agility, the strength and the speed it requires. Basketball the jumping will help make you more explosive on the diamond. I know it may seem wimpy but pilates are great for baseball since they focus on your core muscles which can carry over into your hitting, running, and throwing. What position(s) do you play? That really determines the best drills for you to work on. Hitting work on using the whole field and being able to recognize the pitch faster. There  isn't much else I can say except stay away from stupid products that are suppose to improve your hitting they tend to get you into bad habits. Hitting coaches well that depends some don't know their head from their a**. Some will hurt your swing more than help it. Some can help a lot. It just depends on your coach.

  3. First of all, stay and school and have a backup job in plan...don't put all your eggs in one basket.

2nd of all, drill drill drill. Take lots of ground balls, fly balls, work out, work on your speed.Work on distinguishing the difference between balls and strikes, and even work on bunting. Practice makes much better (not perfect)

Also, you have to really stand out on your team(high school that is) to get scouts to look at you. If you're a really good player but nobody knows who u are it's worthless. Also try to get into good college programs.

  4. ummm no drills will help you go pro, pro is a LONG way away for you, just keep playing baseball, try out for the high school team, if you dont make it keep practicing and practicing.. and get all the required classes for high school to get into a baseball college and hopefully get drafted.

  5. Just keep Practice

  6. Plyometics, plyometrics, plyometrics. Do not lift weights yet, you are too young and your body is still developing. All you are going to do is stunt your growth and you really do not want that to happen do you? Plyometrics will workout your entire body while making you more explosive in the process. You will hit the ball with greater velocity and be able to spring out of the seated position and throw guys out quicker.

  7. You're 14 and you've been playing since you were 8 and you don't know any baseball drills? Perhaps you should just stick to video games and quit wasting time in here.
