Tips for Playing Online in Madden 09 for Wii?

Anyone have any good tips on how to beat someone online (besides being good)? Last game I played, the guy knew exactly what play I was going to run, it was ridiculous. It was almost impossible to stop him, so I was wondering if there was any special things that you do to beat your opponents online.

Mix up offensive plays.

Don't rely solely on the running or passing the ball.

Use audibles.

As soon as you get to the line, recognize the defense he's running, and try to adapt.

Practice.

Set the computer on the hardest difficulty settings, and try beating the computer.

This helps fine-tune your skills, so you'll have a much more polished game when you try playing online.

do goal line plays on 3rd down or shotgun plays because that works for me online on ps3 and never squib kick unless your playing the computer
