Tips for a Smart car?

Does any 1 know if i can put, like 20-26" rims on a smart??? and if you could answer with a link to some suspension, that would be greatly appreciated. also, please also answer my other question,

I would't see why not, but it's not advisable. It would look stupid and possibly change the center of balance too much.
