  1. get a coach!

  2. It seems that you have problem with stamina and reflect.

To get your stamina better, you have to do jogging or running oftenly. Do these exercises everyday or if you can't do it at least twice a week. It is better to keep doing it occasionally in all month than once but intensive.

To improve your reflect, you need a partner to help you. Find him and ask him to throw a shuttlecock to a corner of the court. after you can beat it, throw another shuttlecock to another corner. This make you run to every corner and it will help you much in the real match.

But if you can't find a partner for doing it, you can train by yourself. You can run between two box and move from one box to another. Keep the box beside you.

  3. Well sorry to say this,Badminton is not your game.

  4. Well, you can improve very slowly, since you are not looking at representing at any level.. Just play lots n lotsa badminton! For drastic improvement, you will nit systematic training and good coach, which is not possible- 10 times training a week etc.. So, kip sparring with better players and you will improve day by day... You'll play fine game in half a year.. :)
