Tips for bodybuilding supplements?

i am looking into taking supplements to improve my bodybuilding workout and i was wondering if anyone had any tips. I am not looking to loose or gain weight i just want to build muscle mass.

  1. For building strength and mass I would go with "Xtreme Tren", but of course you would need a post cycle for it and I would go with "Hardcore Test" for that along with some Milk Thistle.

    You could also get "Trac Xtreme No" which is a nitric oxide/creatine supplement that gives you really good pumps along with energy to work out longer and harder.

    Creatine and protein are 2 different things. Creatine contributes to ATP (andenosine tri-phosphate) the bodies energy source. Protein helps repair broken down muscle fiber after hard workouts. You could take them both and get benefits.


  2. You should definitely get some whey protein. Creatine is optional, i use it occasionally depending on how tired I am. I always use "Animal Pak" multivitamins. I only take one Pak every other day though. Usually on work out days. Plus I'm trying to save money.
