  1. uhm, i have to say... HOLY SH*T!! you're good! just keep practice up and eat healthy foods, work out daily.

  2. Work on your footwork for blocking, approaching and transition.  Learn about your sports past.  Read up on it online and in books.  Watch old matches and pick a player to study.  Cut out soda!  The carbonation, sugar and syrup are very bad for jumping.  Jump everyday!  Do ball control skills on your own.  Lay on your back and practice setting over your head.  Most important...believe in yourself!!

  3. man, i wish i had gone to JOs- you must be INCREDIBLE!! thats why next year i want to play for the team that goes like every year

  4. excercise plans...

i reccomend more quad and abdominal traning

such as sit ups or frog leaps etc, they build jump, and help twist the body for more power during spiking

  5. http://www.humankinetics.com/

  6. this site helps a lot, and it's for advance volleyball players. I'm not sure about the eating right and stuff but i hope this helps.

    good luck
