Tips for drills i can do?

does anyone have and drills or tips on my volleyball try outs coming up, i am a pretty good player but need some tips and drills i can do with family/friends or alone, so please help, try outs r soon and i rly wanna make the team! we have an endurance run 2, 1 mile in under 10 min with out stopping

  1. Practice things like spike approaches and shuffling. make sure you have the right technique for passing and setting. Also, try jump training. Jump as high as you can, remembering to reach as far back as you can, in sets of 20 three times. (20 X 3 = 60 jumps total) Working on jumping and diving really helps.

Same here, i need to get back into volleyball shape!  I would recommend working a TON on ur vertical jump, because that's very important!!!  Work on ur approach, digging form, and popping sets.  Also, try to jog a mile a day, although i can't, because its 112 degrees out right now!  That's why im on the computer.  Also work on ur serves, because that is what coaches look for most often, because that is what starts a volleyball rally!

    umm i would say do toe raises.....wall sits.....jumping (better if u have ankle weights or u are hold weights while jumping).....practice all ur passing, setting, and spiking stuff! Just weight lifting helps too!
