  1. go to sleep late or what i do is play video games before i go to bed and it gets my eyes tired

  2. No caffine, try to get into a regular sleep routine, no excess sugar.

  3. Get a duck feathered pillow. And read boring books. Hope it helps.

  4. read for a half hour before you go to bed

have a hot bath with foam and bubbles before bed

drink warm milk (gross but works)

  5. Well, if you first need to establish a sleeping schedule. You might be sleeping from 12-9am but say you want to go to sleep at 10 and wake up at 7. You first need to get the bare minimum amount of sleep the night before. So one night go to bed when you can't keep your eyes open and then wake up extra early the next morning. You will be tired throught the day, but it gets the job done. Go to bed at the desired time that night and wake up at the desired time the next morning and stick to that routine to ensure that it doesn't get messed up again.

Once you set your sleeping schedule you will need to avoid caffeine, TV, and exercise at least an hour before bed, to ensure that your body will have time to relax before going to sleep.

  6. if it's still light outside, cover the windows with something dark, no TV, lights of, no book, video games or magazines. (try and cut out caffeine, it's in coffee, chocolate, coke, - but you can get coke with no caffeine, and lots of other stuff)

then just lie down, shut your eyes and keep them closed, you'll probably wake up without even knowing you fell asleep!

  7. okay, well, i take a steaming hot shower, have some oat meal/milk/tea and go watch a lil t.v and read a lil in bed and after dat i feel refreshed and fall asleep

  8. About an hour before going to sleep, take a hot bath or shower.  No caffeine after lunch.  Make some warm milk( I know yuk!) or a cup of herbal tea to realx you.  Some good teas are "sleepy time, or chamomille tea.  Bring something to read to bed and just relax into it.
