Tips for first horse show?

ok, so im going to be in my horses first gaming show pretty soon. any tips on how to stay relaxed and keep the horse calm(ish) ?haha

Well, I have only been in one show before but what helped me was focusing completly on the horse. Pretend you are just practicing with nobody watching. As to keeping your horse calm, if you act calm your horse will be too. You could lunge him before your event maybe. Remember it does not matter if you win(though it would be nice). Hope I helped!
