  1. 1) Bring your portfolio. It should consist of at least one extra copy of your resume, any letters of recommendation you have received, certificates and photos of you doing activities that are relevant to the job you are applying for.

    2) Dress neatly, but don't overdo it. For a typical fast food restaurant, I would wear khakis and nice dress shirt, or a polo. And wear black shoes or at least nice shoes.

    3) Never sit down before the interviewer. Always let the interviewer sit down first or wait to be asked to seat yourself.

    4) Give a firm handshake when you meet your interviewer. Don't be too floppy like a fish and don't overgrip it.

Some typical questions you will encouter at a behavioural interview are:

    1) Tell me about a time when you had to stick by a decision you made even though it made you very unpopular.

    2) Tell me about a time when you were late for school or work.

    3) Describe why uniforms are essential for the company.

    4) Describe a time where you had to handle a situation with an unhappy customer.

    5) Tell me about a time where you turned a negative situation into a positive one.

To answer these behavioural questions, the interviewer would like to hear it in this format: Describe the situation, describe what you did, describe the result. Focus mostly on the actions you took to resolve the problem, and the result. That's what the interviewer will care about most.

    Good luck!!

  2. tell them you are a  vegan and cant serve any animal or dairy products

  3. DON'T DO IT! OR... DON'T GO! WORKING AT A FAST FOOD RESERANT IS SO... GROSS!!!!!

  4. They will probably ask you what your strengths and weaknesses are, that's one I always get at interviews. You might want to say you're a quick learner and have good communication skills. You can say you can talk to people easily and take criticism well. Tell them you're willing to learn and you're a team worker. Be honest about a weakness too, but don't tell them anything like 'I like to gossip' or 'I have trouble being on time'. Tell them something like 'My weakness is probably that I've never worked at a fast food place before, but I'm a quick learner and I work well under pressure.'

Make sure you dress nice and be polite. Be ready to ask a few questions because they usually give you an opportunity to. You can ask what the start date is, how many hours a week you can expect to work or what the appropriate work uniform is. Just something so that it shows that you've thought about this job interview and its important to you.

Be prepared to tell them how long you're expecting to work there, for long term is best. Let them know that you're a hard worker and that you are puncutal and take you're responsibilities seriously. Tell them you're flexible and willing to work the hours they need.

Good luck, I hope you get it!

  5.   Remember in high school when you did a team

projects. Did you encourage your team to set a time deadline to complete the project?

Give a verbal answer as to how you were a leader and not a follower. That extra mile thing.

do you care if someone else receives credit for

your work? Roll with it, DO NOT bring attention to yourself to make other look inferior.
