Tips for making my stomach appear flatter in a few days?

I plan to lay off the salt and carbonation. Are there any other things to do or avoid?

  1. those are two pretty good things to avoid. lay off the fats and sweets for those few day too, of course. and check ingredients on foods for High Fructose Corn Syrup. It turns off the feeling in you that makes you think your full. running helps. and try sweating it out. sit in a sauna or a steam room at the YMCA or something. it helps you lose a lot of water weight. oh, and eating 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones helps your metabolism, which helps you lose weight. hope this helps!

  2. Dehydrate yourselves... only if it's really, REALLY short term. Your body retains a lot of water you drink, which sometimes gives you a bloated look. Other than that, practice sucking in and normalizing your breathing.

Do crunches in the morning and wear the skimpiest outfits you can (bikini) all day.  Suck the gut in.  Don't dehydrate yourself, but you can take diuretics.  They are anti-water pills.  You MUST drink lots of water when on them to flush your system, but you won't retain water.  (they sell them at any store).

  4. salt dairy products and carbonation it all works for me and do yoga and walking
