Tips for practicing ping-pong?

Question

Does anybody have any tips for practicing ping pong by oneself? I've been practicing on a table like this, so I can play by myself (sort of.)

Does anybody have any tips on how to make practice more effective? thanks for the help!

I used to practice on a table like that all the time.  There's not too many other options when you are alone.

when i practice, i rally to get warmed up if i have a partner, then i start trying to slam and slice, then i start making my partner do the same wile i try to recieve. than i play best out of 3.  if im alone, i play the wall
