Tips for reading comprehension diploma?

I have an English 30-1 Part B diploma coming up tomorrow morning. I've done one practice exam so far and I did pretty well, but how can I improve my comprehension skills? I find it really difficult when I have to pick between good answers, sometimes I can't really think logically to pick an answer.

Does anyone have any last minute tips?

Also, does watching a lot of dramas/movies/anime with different plots while analyzing and dissecting them work for reading comprehension?
