Question:

Tips for relieving menstrual cramps?

I eat a small amount of dark chocolate which cheered me up, took Tylenol, got some exercise, cut out greasy foods, but I still get cramps. My skin breaks out too, around my period.

What do you do to relieve cramps?

Also, what even causes cramps?

Is it just that your uterus contracts to release the unfertilized egg, and the blood?
