  1. Breathe through your nose if you can or in through your nose and out through your mouth. If I get winded on long runs I take a sip of water and it usually helps me out. You simply need to build up your endurance. By running more and more and for longer distances you will increase your endurance. Everyone who runs will get tired at some point. It depends on how much they've trained.

  2. take nice deep breaths when you're done running and try to stand as straight as you can.

    as for when you're running,

breathe in through your nose out of your mouth. don't start out with a sprint either.

    have fun!!

  3. Try breathing per 4 strides on the exhale, and another breathing per another 4 strides on the inhale, or vice versa.

But I think you need a lot of water to flush any toxins in your lungs, even if you don't have lung problems like asthma or COPD. The toxins cause, I think, a lot of lactic acid in your lungs and that is why you can tire easily. This is because most of the time, running takes place outside, and regrettably, in polluted air, about 38-48 percent of the time.

  4. my friends run for cross country at my school they all told me one of the best way to run is by inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth they all told me that it made an incredible difference in running.

  5. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. It helps avoid cramps.
