  1. i have some tips for you and you can trust me cause my dad was in the olympics.

1.make sure you dont run 2 fast at first cause you will have no more energy 4 the rest of the race

2.a great stretch is to leave your back leg strait and bend your front leg then move your hips forward then switch

    3.just finish

  2. ok when your running breathe trough your nose trust me itshard but it works ur lung capacity and while u sretch just reach ur toes dnt wear urself out befor you rbut i did this and went from 7un im a young girl that hated  this in my other school but i did this and went from 7 08 to 6 48 so try it and eat healthy befor you leave

  3. Lengthen your stride. Lean forward, your entire body, not just from your hips up. Breathe in this pattern: in-out-out, in-out-out, making the out's shorter and sharper. Lift your knees, don't shuffle, move your arms opposite to your legs, and keep your arms relaxed but definitely move them.

  4. long distance running is all about upper body strength. For the short term without training, try to keep your  body relaxed and loose. Breathe in for two seconds and hold it for five seconds. Most importantly try to run with your knees high.

  5. When running the mile think light feet with each step.  This will speed up your pace.

  6. oh my dear i did this last week

you just need to run with your own pace

when you are ready to run faster then do it then slow down again for awhile.

you could pratice today run with pace or walk with your family at a park trail

    how is that?
