Tips for shooting...?

i shoot pistol and trap. i was just wondering about some tips because i got 80 out of 100 in the bulls-eye on pistol a few weeks ago and now i cant shoot for $#!^. and on the targets the fly long to the left in trap, i usually miss those but hit the others. the guns i shoot are a remington 20 gauge and a .22 pistol. maybe the .22 is to heavy?? btw, only 14. and on the shotgun should i use the earmuffs or the plugs???

Muffs over plug.  With plugs there's still possibility of damage because the bones near the back of your ear can still transmit sound vibrations.

You might be just having a bad day.  Concentrate on your form, rather than on hitting that target.  

I don't shoot trap, but if it were me out there, then I'd be practicing that shot over and over again.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: USE EARPROTECTION no matter what. Personally i  like the ear muffs, but it whatever fits you best
