Tips for toning up tummies?

i have a pot belly (not a massive one, just like a mildly podgy person :p) by gentetics so i know im not gunna ever have a fat belly, so i just wanna tone up a bit.

  1. You're contradicting yourself by saying you're never going to have a fat belly.....

    Sit ups.

  3. ok, so i had a tummy. i proceeded to do 500 crunches (half in the morning half in the evening) everyday!

    i had a 4 pack within about 2months (which is pretty good for a chic)

    u should go to the gym and work out ur whole body. when u exercise, ur body decides which areas need trimming first, so u need to work on ur cardio too.

    i would also suggest working out ur abs on the crunches machine, and ur back (reverse exercise pretty much) and use any other equipment for ur abs.. if u wanna do it, pilates will help u too..

  4. try the firm workout, it can make you lose 9 pounds in a week by toning up fat and gaining muscle. It did for me.

  5. Bellydance. I'm a bellydancer and it works for me.

  6. push ups....hmmm may try hittting the gym.
