  1. You're in for a good workout!

The best advice is to practice treading water eggbeater style.  The stronger your eggbeater the more you get out of the water.

Other than that swim like a fish and work on putting a ball in front of you while you swim and watch it move with you on the wake in fornt of you.

  2. the one thing i have to give you as a tip is that when your coache talks to you make sure you pay attention and try fixing what they say.

    dont take every thing personally.

and keep practicing it will take a while to get good itsnot something that comes overnight never give up

i personally started on the worst team and by the next year i was playing with girls 5 years older and three levels up so just keep going and youll be fine

    good luck!!

  3. it is a hard sport...... my advise is to take all the punishment with a smile (coaches notice this and LOVE to see it) it WILL pay off in the end. at the beginning of the season the coaches make everything a lot harder this is only to see who REALLY REALLY wants to play. don't worry this only lasts for a little while......... basically just get EXTREMELY STUBBORN!!!!! don't let them make you quit all the skills and stuff comes in time with experience....... but if you want to improve your skills even more join a club team........... hope this helped PEACE!!!!!!
