  3. Everyone has a six-pack, some people may have it covered underneath fat.  To get that six-pack showing you will need to do regular cardio exercise, combined with a healthy diet.  Your diet must be low-calorie, high in protein, and low in fat and carbs.  

    For exercise, I would recommend HIIT (High intensity Interval Training).  HIIT is the most effective form of cardio.  It burns fat 9 times more effectively than any other cardio and only needs to be done for 12-15 minutes.

    Make sure you are drinking plenty of water everyday and having 3 small meals, and 2-3 small snacks to speed up your metabolism.  To strengthen and better-define your six-pack you should do crunches every other day and increase them as you go.
