Tips of what to do before a 1.5 mile run?

i will be taking a test 2morrow and will be timed for a 1.5 mile run I am very nervous and would like some tips on how to prepare myself

  1. I would have prepared by running before hand to build up endurance get a good night sleep. When you get up in the morning have something light to eat.


  2. Well, get a good nights rest, carb up, and think of the consequences if you don't do well!   That'll get you through the night!

  3. make sure u stretch and eat lots of carbs i recommend also eating a bannana they can prevent cramps if u eat one or two before your event make sure u run alot prior 2 the event and definitely warm you muscles up so u can use every thing u got
