Tips on Cross Country?

I'm doing Cross Country running for my high school, and we do 5 and a half miles, FOR PRACTICE, every single day. Any tips so I don't come in last every practice?

    Eat Good Foods So U Wont Get As Tired As Most Do If They Dont Eat

    Drink Water

    Stretch Also...Those Are Wat I Did

  3. just keep at it, and eventually you'll catch up to the other kids, i was in the same place last year, and i worked my way up, so that i dont come in last, so just keep practicing and you'll get better!!!
