Tips on becoming a doctor please?

I'm 16 left school at 14 but am going to do my GCSE's thiis year

I would love some tips from doctors and medical students or anyone in the medical field?

I have researched everything.

Bought medical books etc.

Applied for voluntering.

Getting a tutor.

i am so serious i want this so bad but i am afraid i won't be able to pass maths as it is my weakness, i wil try though.
