Tips on being accepted into the colleges of my choice?

My GPA is 2.9 (freshman sophomore junior years)

BUT

my GPA for just sophomore and junior years is a 3.2

my ACT score is a 25

I have loads of extracurriculars/leadership roles

but because my GPA is so low i want to do extras

if I get random scholarships will that make me more appealing as a student?

If you get random scholarships it doesn't matter. What you can do to try to get into the colleges of your choice is take honors and ap classes. Since you are already doing extra curricular activities you should be good. It would help to know what schools you want to get into since different schools go by a different criteria.
