Tips on contacts?

Ok, so this Saturday I will be getting contact lenses, for my very first time. Now im a little scared but I think its normall for someones first time. Anyways can anyone give me some tips maybe like on how to put them in easily and quickly, taking them out without any problems, or maybe like having your nails short, or anything you think a 13 year old should now before getting contacts. Oh and also they will be the regular ones well not the color contacts.

i think that the easiest way to put them in is to pull down on my lower lid, look up as far as i can and place the contact ever so slightly on my eye and then look around (that should make the contact stick to your eye) and thats it (some people pull top and bottom lid). and taking them out is pretty much the same process, but you look up and slightly pull down on the contact with the TIP of your finger and then you kinda have to pich it out....sounds a little more difficult than it actually is. but good luck, theres nothing to it.

and yea, its easier with short nails, but still managable with long!
