Tips on doing cartwheel INTO a backflip or frontflip?

i can do a proper cartwheel..i just dont know how to continue the momentum into a big jump then flip..

Check the tips and video tutorials for front and back handsprings here: http://aescougarcheer.com/Cheer101/tumbl... You might also check the round-off section, since it may be easier for your to go into a back handspring from that skill rather than a cartwheel.

Please remember that these skills should only be learned with a qualified spotter in a safe environment like a gymnastics center.

hmm well most people don't just learn by doing a 'big jump' get someone to spot you , so they can help take you over

Practise on a tramp so you get the momentum
