Question:

Tips on falling asleep, because I can't seem to?

I have to wake up at 5:30 tomorrow morning (it's 10:45) right now, but I can't seem to fall asleep?

Can anyone give any advice on how to get to sleep easily?

  1. just try to meditate , if you have done before , your eyes will start feeling heavy and you feel drowsy


  2. Really calming/familiar music used to help me a lot, or a really boring movie.

    I also almost always fall asleep when I watch the Blue Planet documentary about the deep, because it's so dark.

  4. count to a million. you'll probably end up falling asleep by 1,000. hopefully. you actually wont remember wut number you left at, i've tried it before. if that doesnt work, move your eyeballs alot until they get tired of moving and all you wanna do is rest them. and if that doesnt work, then put vapor rub right under your eye, next to your nose(not in your eye please), so if you open your eye even slighlty, it will burn. yeah, these are all things i've tried and they work for me.

  5. Take a warm bath before going to bed and also have a mug of hot chocolate..this combination makes me drowsy in no time..

  6. Do plenty of physical exercise.   Mental tiredness can keep you awake - physical tiredness knocks you out completely.  Well that's the theory.  Good luck.

  7. keep a small medium size pyramid near you pillow or on your naval.
